WebChecked in at Eye Clinic reception then waited for approximately 15 min before having been seen by nurse for eye test etc. Once finished I had to go to the imaging department where I waited maybe 10 minutes to have scan and pictures of my eyes taken. Afterwards within 25 minutes I was seen by a consultant.

And it's not difficult - their stay in hospital can be made so much better by just labelling clearly those geriatric patients who have dementia and what specific issues they may need to address as well as the trauma.

I receive excellent care every time I go to clinic, ( and that is very often) all the staff are very caring, friendly and very professional, Becky is normally the nurse I see the most and find her very friendly and easy to talk to.
