WebBeltway Poetry Quarterly is an award-winning online literary journal and resource bank that now showcases poetry from all over the world. It also features translations and reviews. During the first 20 years of its existence, it featured poetry from the literary community in Washington, DC and the surrounding Mid-Atlantic region. WebKestrel: A Journal of Literature and Art Kestrel publishes fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction by established and emerging writers. We are especially happy to publish work by West Virginia and Appalachian writers. Kestrel features reviews and visual art in each issue. Kestrel is now accepting submissions year-round.
