Web20 aug. 2015 · Tried to install windows 8.1 pro failed a few times as the notebook shut down unexpectedly. I assumed that that was an overheating problem, as the fan was working like crazy. After i managed to install the OS (dont laugh: did it outside of the house because it was freezing cold), i run PC Wizard and find out that the CPU diode is at 98 … Web27 okt. 2024 · On reboot, it wouldn't detect the drive at all and I'd have to shut the computer down for several minutes to bring the temps down and try again. It's sitting in a Thermaltake P3 case (lots of airflow) and I've been forced to prop a 140mm fan on top of the GPU aimed directly at the NVME ( see photo) just to keep temps in the 40's.
